Personal and professional growth to build your team

We will teach you and your team how to safely ride a dirt bike in one day along with personal and team development. We use a proven step by step process which takes complete novices from the basics through to confidently reaching their potential on a dirt bike. We can guarantee your workplace will not be the same when these new skills of personal development and confidence are taken back to the workplace.

With patience and care we've seen even the most timid and inexperienced riders develop their skills and finish the day with both wheels off the ground.  For those that already have some riding experience, you will still benefit from the professional coaching the team provide alongside the team building personal growth experience.

Learn how to kick start a motorbike through to doing jumps on a proper motocross track.

Focus, inspire and challenge your group

While encountering your potential of 'flying high' we'll guide your team to relate their learning back to their work environment.  We'll help the team to:

  • Unleash their true potential by taking calculated risks while remaining in control.
  • Release their optimum potential from the strength of 'superposition'.
  • Encounter their full potential by flying high through self discovery and strengthening connections through sharing in each others successes.
